    Roy Jones Jr.

Only fighter I can think of that I can't even imagine him losing on his best night.

all time a 220 lb. david tua in the heavyweight division 1980's or earlier.

honorable mention floyd mayweather jr. in vegas with biased american judges, biased american referee, unlimited xylocaine shots to his hands and cherrypicking opponents at the right time.

        probably unbeatable.
I can never tell if this guy is serious or not.

If we are talking actual P4P #1 guys since P4P lists have been a thing then it's either Roy Jones, Pernell Whitaker or Floyd Mayweather.
