Make no mistake, Khan fans are not afraid of a hype job like One Time. Don't you people see how he fights? He runs and potshots. Obviously he doesn't like getting punched in the face. This time he almost took a knee getting a massive blow to the body. Khan would drop this guy in excruciating pain.

Thurman and Khan has to happen. Forget Brook.

*** A Mere Con! But he said he would fight and never ducked Thurman last week did he not? OK well make the fight next! Give a **** what Collazo was able to do vs Thurman, Khan don't have Collazo Chin!

Im a big fan of both Spence and Thurman, Spence is nowhere near ready for Thurman and for Thurman is another step back. He needs to go forward and fight contenders like Khan, Porter, Brook, etc not a prospect which Spence still is until he fights someone of note

There you go. Khan is chinny, yet this clown can't mention Brook's name. What is that guy going to do? Fight bums forever? Don't you want to see Brook vs Thurman instead? Forget Khan. Khan is a nobody, like you admit.

Khan isn't a nobody. He should be, but as long as fans give him props he's a somebody, unfortunately. That's why many people wants to see Khan face a genuine puncher. Because then, after he get's knocked out again, we can stop listening to his buull**** and get back to proper fights.

I'd like to see Thurman fight Khan, Porter, Maidana or even Kell Brook. But I'd most like to see him KO "King" Khan.

On one hand, I feel that Spence is the flavor of the month and everybody is already appointing him the next biggest thing without doing a damn thing in this sport yet. I mean, the guy hasn't even faced a C level guy yet and people are already setting ridiculous expectations for the kid. Which is funny because we berate guys like GGG and Santa Cruz for not fighting "anybody," yet here people are praising Spence who hasn't done shit as of yet.

On the other hand, I don't know why Thurman just doesn't call his bluff and tells him let's do this. Also, I find it peculiar how Spence is mainly targeting Thurman and has been for a while; does he know something? Whatever the case, shop worn Collazo and the unknown Bundu didn't really "deserve" at shot at Keef we can say. Many of us rather see him in there with a promising young prospect over has been's and never were's. That is, if Keith can't line up an Amir Khan or Shawn Porter type of opponent next.

Khan is a nobody. Brook is somebody. People should demand Brook vs Thurman. Brook fans are scared of Thurman, obviously. Don't know why. He's got the tools to beat his fellow hype job. What a effing sport this is. They hype up their idols yet don't want to see them with worthy opponents.

I don't have a problem with anything Thurman said. Frankly, Spence doesn't deserve the fight because he has fought only bums or guys coming in on one week's notice. Spence needs a Guerrero or Collazo first before he is mentioned againist the top welters in their prime.

As far as Kahn goes...it's by far the most lucrative fight for Thurman outside of Mayweather, PAC or Bradley. He'll make the most money and will have the best chance at getting a KO. And Kahn would be a step up in class for Thurman - wouldn't be surprised to see Thurman listed as a slight underdog going into that fight. I'm sure that fight - if it were to happen this year - would get the best ratings of any non PPV fight of 2015.

Errol Spence Does Not Deserve to Fight for Title

Errol Spence is not in anyway entitled to fight for the title of any of the sanctioning bodies much less the WBA Welterweight title of Thurman. The reason are as follows:

Errol Spence has been ranked by WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO as follows:

WBA - Errol Spence as of May and June, 2015 is No. 8 – ahead of Diego Chaves in No. 9 and Robert Guerrero in No. 10 and behind Andre Berto, Amir Khan, Marcos Maidana, Shawn Porter, Teereechai Kratingdaenggym, Sadam Ali and Johan Perez.

WBC - Errol Spence is No. 18 behind Leonard Bundu at No. 16 and Diego Chaves at No. 17.

IBF and WBO - Errol Spence is not among the top 15 challengers.

The rating by WBA of Errol Spence as No. 8 contender to the WBA Welterweight title of Thurman is highly dubious and is not entitled to any faith and credit for the following reasons:

As of April, 2015, Errol Spence was not listed among the top 15 contenders in the WBA Ratings.

Errol Spence had the following fights from June 20, 2015 down to June 27, 2014 according to the BoxRec website:

June 20, 2015 – Errol Spence weighed at 149 pounds to beat by KO in Superwelterweight contest Phil Lo Greco who was ranked No. 140 at Super Welterweight

April 11, 2015 – Errol Spence weighed in at 146-1/2 pounds to beat by TKO in a Welterweight contest. Samuel Vargas who was ranked 82 at Super Welterweight

December 14, 2014 – Errol Spence weighed in at 149-3/4 pounds to beat by TKO in a Superwelterweight contest Javier Castro who ranked 201 at Super Lightweight.

September 11, 2014 – Errol Spence weighed in at 148 pounds to beat by RTD in a Super Welterweight contest Noe Bolanos who was ranked 240 at Super Lightweight.

June 27, 2014 – Errol Spence weighed in at 146-1/2 to beat by UD in a Welterweight contest Ronald Cruz who was ranked 3,161.

It must be noted by Mayweather and all those pushing for Errol Spence to fight Thurman that not one of the fighters fought by Errol Spence from June 27, 2014 up to his last fight in June, 2015 ranked within the top 15 contenders of the WBA and of any sanctioning body for that matter.

Based on the above fights made by Errol Spence from June 27, 2014 up to June 20, 2015, there is absolutely no reason why Errol Spence would be rated among the Top 15 contenders of any sanctioning body. His being rated No. 8 in the WBA Welterweight ranking as of May and June, 2015 is therefore without any basis and must not be given faith and credit by anybody.

Assuming but not admitting for the sake of argument that Errol Spence deserves the No. 8 Welterweight ranking by the WBA, he must first fight Andre Berto, Amir Khan, Marcos Maidana, Shawn Porter, Teereechai Kratingdaenggym, Sadam Ali and Johan Perez to become the mandatory of Thurman. Of course, Errol Spence does not even deserve to fight these Welterweight contenders since there is absolutely no reason for him to be ranked even in the Top 15 by any of the bodies sanctioning bodies.
