          Yes, it is... He's out pointed most of his opponents and does not have a loss on his official record...

          He's not the moat exciting and is def not GOAT but in his soft era, wih carefully picked opponents and waiting for the best time for him, he's managed to become the top boxer.

                No, Manny is. Floyd is certainly #2 through with Marquez being #3 and Hopkins at 4th.
                Manny has lost some fights in the recent years but his clearly past prime and still hasn't been blown out. People want to try to degrade his accomplishments but their is not denying he has the best resume in boxing today.

                Floyd has some good wins but none against prime atg. Plus I don't see how beating smaller men in Manny and Marquez make him better. They were simply fighting a bigger, great fighter.
