Haymon did good for Floyd, leveraging his status as the best fighter in the world, especially after Oscar, but he didn't build him into a star.

All the other GB fighters that were Haymon Managed have been strongly criticized for fighting bums nonstop. Cough cough Danny Garcia.

Top Rank managed to turn to Talentless lazy slob known as JCC jr into a star and a draw. That says a lot about Bruce Tramplers abilities to build fighters.

PBC will need a great matchmaker to have any hope of succeeding beyond the robbing a hedgefund stages, and actually building star fighters. People don't like mismatches, and the fights on PBC so far, have for the most part stunk.
Both highlighted part are wrong, Top rank didn't build Mayweather into a "Star", that why he brought out his contract and left, he suppose to be the best fighter in that stable but was frustrated and thought his career should have been better, after he left it was proven right..

Chavez Jr had his dad name, that's all he needed along with his father fanbase. Any promoter could have done the same job if not better.

I know PBC has only been around a few months, but he's been involved in the business for over a decade if not two.
There aren't really many examples of them doing it, but I certainly expect they can and will build up some fighters more or less from scratch into stars.

They've signed so many prospects it would be really hard for them not to deliver on at least some of them.
