Given Arreola's recent showings, that wouldn't be a bad fight for Wilder. All his punch resistance has gone, and it'd be the second best name on Wilder's resume.

Absolutely agree with you re. the Mayweather card. If they want to milk the WBC belt some more, it'd be smart to give Wilder some global exposure.

Experienced vets that will provide challenge but not be too threatening..

Then probably a Stiverne rematch or fury

Then wlad and Povetkin... Let these needs age some more and get wilder more experienced

Then anthony Joshua by end of decade..

That's my rough outline of wilder's career gameplan if I was his handler
I would agree with this if Wilder WASN'T the WBC CHAMPION.

Its hard to imagine it will be against anyone that can make it competitive.

Wilder's fans are the most ignorant bandwagon hoppers I've ever seen, ever. I've followed his career since the Olympics. He is **** and a complete fraud. The most protected fighter in recent memory.

Is that so? That's some coincidence.

Undersized, washed up, former contender with no big power?

                Sounds like the right opponent.

I hope wilder and his team choose someone decent to fight and not put him in with another Molina.

While I understand fans want to see an American HWT champ KO someone, WIlder needs to get better if he actually wants to beat Povetkin and Wlad and not just get the big paychecks.

He needs to up his game now he's the champ.

He may not be ready to fight the Povetkin's and Wlad's. But he should be taking on the Arreola's and Browne's at the very least.
