WBO welterweight title is a Top Rank controlled title. Theyre stripping him after 2 months because he didnt tell them who his next opponent will be and at what weight class. That **** hasnt been signed yet and most likely serious negotiations havent even started.

But people can hold belts for almost 2 years without defending them.

They claim it's a rule in section 34 of something i'm too lazy to go back and check what it was, the participant who just got stripped can appeal within 14 days after being stripped.
