Name one fighter in the history of boxing more micro managed than Floyd?

You can say my opinion doesn't count but it's a fact his career is filled with ducking opponents in there prime, and retiring when his division was the toughest.

It's a fact, he forces his opponents to contracts where he has retroactive TUE's in his case he's busted for steroids, contracts that allow him to use IVs, contracts that force opponents in huge rings, to wear soft gloves, to fight at MGM, to shoot pain killers straight into his hands.

Floyd is the corniest champ of all time.

Floyd uses his defensive abilities to survive!
Pep used his defensive skills to "hit and not get it"!
He through combinations Floyd throws one punch at a time for years now.
Pep would exchange Floyd NEVER punches with his opponents.
Floyd picks his own opponents and is capable of stopping some of them but he prefers to be safe and "spars" instead of "close the fight"!
