Well he's not exactly fighting like a brave warrior! Lol everyone can spot a runner in a boxing ring. It's very simple!!

It's true; Floyd is today's version of Willie Pep. But today's WW class lacks an equivalent to Sandy Saddler.

Clinching is the most pathetic thing in boxing. I can deal with a guy who moves. It's ok. Fighters just have to learn how to cut off the ring. Constant holding though is straight up garbage!!

By today's boxing fans standard (which is no saying much) yes he would be considered that which tells you how ****** boxing fans have become over the years

Ali would have been considered boring and a runner and also a cheater because Ali used a lot of Clinching to disrupt his opponents offense as well because according to a few idiots on this forum "CLINCHING IS CHEATING"

It's hilarious. Obviously the sport and its fans have dumbed down overall. Some will say money has watered it down but the sport sucks in terms of mainstream popularity so who the hell knows?

What's ironic is the face of boring, runner, clincherism sells the most.

Willie pep had over 230 pro fights and Him moving up in weight to fight Sammy Saddler could easily be compared to if Floyd moved up and fought Golovkin, which he won't do.

He got demolished by Saddler and took the rematch immediately, dude backed down from no one and sure as heck didn't run from fighters in there prime.

Lmao at trying to compare these two in any sort of way.
