Weighing 170 on fight night isn't really relevant since every weight class typically rehydrates ~15 pounds or so. Guys at 154 are typically around 170. Guys at 160 are typically around 175. Guys at 168 are typically around 183 and so on.

Personally, I don't think Lara would be able to hang at 160. I've said this before; he seems a bit fragile at 154 as it is. The way Angulo tossed him around and even Vanes at times was pretty telling. I could be wrong though.



Never was it meant to be a fair comparison - the point was to use a silly example to show how the "best name" on the resume might not be worth much in the end.



I agree Lara would be better, I'm just offering what I think Bat's rationale was behind his comments.

And I'd love to see Golovkin shut people up by whooping Lara. Somehow this fight has become one where he actually can.

There is literally no way Proksa was better than Lara. I don't know how that conversation started, but come on. Lara is much better.
