and ward fought at 139 also, everyone is different

pacquiao moved up from what, 108 to 147, so almost 40 lbs gained from the age of 16

ward went from 139 to 168/172 from the age of 15 to present, so about 30 lbs

everybody's body will mature at a different rate

OR if Kovalev is willing to go down to 160, he won't even go down to 168.

If someone is coming to YOUR division then he should be allowed to fight you, common sense people!!, which a lot of people here don't possess.

BTW GGG was Light-middle a year b4 Olympics at the Asian games.
Didn't Ward fight at lhw in the olympics cuz dirrell was at smw?

Comparing amateur weights to pro is ridiculous!
First off a 165lbs middleweight in the amateurs weighin in the morning or night and fights. His rehydration is minimal. If its a tourney he weighs in proir to each fight so he must maintain his "class weight"!
GGG is a natural Middeweight NOW!
He is NOT a big middleweight at all and he rehydrates to 168-72lbs thats his best fighting weight, at 168 he can't rehydrate to 180-82 like Ward or Froch could do because they have size over him.
Why people can't understand this is crazy! Just because all these midgets at 147 move around doesn't mean every fighter can do it.
Why isn't Rigo moving to 130-35 he has the talent but he's a peanut next to the guys in that class.

I think he will go to `168 if he can get all the belts at 160, it seems to be his motivation right now, why not? Theres no bigger fight at 168 anyway!
Fights with Canelo surpase fighting Ward!! Ward can't draw the fire department at a 8 alarmer! Do you really want to watch Ward try to "spoil" the efforts from GGG. If we knew he would actually box/fight than ok!

Another thing being the Middleweight Champion of the World has so much more meaning than being a "junior" Lightheavy!! Weighing in at 168 is a lightheavy weight anyways. Those are the guys who need to move up, stop hiding at prelim weights!

WW is Mayweathers division which he is still campaigning at now, he moved up out of his comfort zone for a big fight. The same thing people want Golovkin to do.

                    Ward didn't drain anybody.
