He is 32, his body wont grow anymore. Unlike some others e.g Ward who competed and won gold medal at his natural weight of 178 and then moved DOWN to SMW and for 11 years he is sitting at SMW, smh.

I think the point OP is trying to make is that GGG moved up in weight similar in age to other guys like Mayweather & Cotto.

For example:

-When Maweather was 19 he was fighting at 130 pounds.
-When Golovkin was 19 years old he was fighting 141 pounds.

-When Golovkin was 21 years old he was fighting at 152 pounds.
-When Mayweather was 21 years old he was fighting at 135 pounds.

Over the years, Mayweather has gone up 17 pounds. Similarly, Golovkin has moved up 19 pounds in the same time frame. The difference of course is Floyd was a pro while Golovkin didn't turn pro until he was 23 or 24.

We can throw Andre Ward in for comparison:

-When Andre Ward was 20 years old, he was fighting at 178 pounds.
-When Andre Ward was 29 years old, he was fighting at 168 pounds.
-When Andre Ward was 31 years old, he was fighting at 172 pounds.

That same thing was done on here with Floyd and Manny...yet Floyd was still picking on a little guy...

Golovkin was fighting at 165lbs when he was 21. He won the 2003 worlds at 165.
