This site is hilarious as fk..Golovkin should move to 170 to fight Ward but nobody should move up to fight Golovkin. Different rules for different folks I suppose.

But GGG fought at 140 as a 19 year old amateur. The same weight class Cotto fought at 20.

GGG just doesn't drain himself like Cotto did when he turned pro or the way Mayweather did when he was fighting at 130.

GGG unlike many other fights at his natural weight and not cutting weight to fight smaller fighters.

GGG isn't asking anybody to move up for him and he isn't saying that 168 is too much.

Golovkin wants to fight for the WBC and lineal MW titles, which Cotto already holds. If Cotto thinks he isn't big enough to defend the 160lb title, no problem, he can relinquish and go back down to 154.

Pretending that 168 is too much? Pssh.

GGG tried to make fights with Chavez Jr and Froch at 168 and is ready to fight Ward at 168 too, once Andre gets his tune ups in.

I don't **** with Paulie no more I swear. He just sucks mad Haymon d1ck now that he's down with them after getting ****ed over by them. Why doesn't he ask Quillin to not even move up but just fight a fellow middleweight in GGG??? Nobody is saying Floyd has to fight GGG. Imo that's the only Floyd fight that's worth me really paying to see. He doesn't have to fight him though. First of all,ward isn't p4p #2,and he hasn't been in the list for a while,so stop trying to bring ward back to the # 2 spot with a win over Paul Smith. Second of all,its not just some welterweight that ggg wants to fight, its the number one fighter in the world,and it would be at a weight which floyd has fought at 3 times before,and holds multiple belts at that weight.Floyd hasn't been a 130 lb fighter for more than a decade, so stop making it look like Floyd is some kind of lightweight. Ggg is willing to move down 6 lbs to Floyd's weight class,and make the biggest fight possible,but instead delusional ward fans want him to jump up 8 or 12 lbs to fight ward at 168 or 172 (who the hell knows what he's fighting at) for nickles and dimes. It's funny because instead of crying for ggg to move up in weight, you guys should ask ward to move up 3 lbs and actually test himself with kovalev,Stevenson Artur, or pascal,instead of fighting blown up 168 lb fighters coming off two loses,at a 172 catch weight.

He hasn't fought at 154 in 2 years and has never made the limit. His preferred class is 147, that where he's comfortable so if GGG is really coming down to his class he would be going there.

GGG is steady looking south, the same thing you say Ward is doing, but he's looking down two weightclasses and wants the biggest fighter in the world to stretch himself in order to reach him.

i don't think Triple G has any belief that he'll really fight Floyd. He is using the mayweather name to build his up. Convince the world that he's the new boggieman that everyone thought pacman was. What better promo than being the guy TBE is afraid of? This time it won't be disproven because they won't fight. It's just promotion. and I assume HBO would have to be involved in the ppv. Do we expect showtime and HBO to work together again this soon? HBO wants cotto/Canelo winner for him. probably the loser too. Then maybe ward if he wins those. Just my opinion.

How could he deny it when his own trainer said he would need a couple of tune ups before GGG?

No problem with Andre needing tune ups first, but lets stick to the truth, as far as we know it.
