Nobody's going to agree with my list but I'm going by the skill and potential I see in each fighter.

        1 Floyd
        2 Spence Jr
        3 Pacquiao
        4 Brook/Thurman
        5 Brook/Thurman
        6 Bradley
        7 khan
        8 Maidana
        9 Porter
        10 Ali

Spence is sooo talented IDC if he hasn't fought any top guys yet. I know enough about boxing that I can say with confidence Spence is the future p4p king when Floyd retires IMO. You can take that to the bank.

Left Marquez out because he's been inactive for more than a year.
Guerrero Top Ten? Are you buzzed? The dude went life and death with a pseudo Alex Leapei..

Don't hype Thurman's best win. It's garbage. He couldn't even 12-0 him like Floyd. I would say the Chaves KO is his best.

You know things have gone wrong when Thurman is ranked above a current title holder and two guys a fight removed from losing their title.

I'm willing to give Spence a chance and I see what you're trying with your list, going off of skills and potential but I don't see it in Spence, I really don't. His feet are flat, he throws looping, wide shots and his power looks good against d level opponents so I'm not even sure about that.

I agree, not saying Errol won't be nice, but the jury is still out on him. But since Floyd has hand chosen him to be his successor, for now, see a lot of people jumping on his bandwagon.

These lists don't really matter much right now when the gap between #2 Pac & the rest of the division is huge.

This division has been carried by Floyd & Manny for the past 5 years. This isn't the killer division that was 2005

I have no problems ranking him outside the top 10. But it didn't feel right with me putting someone like sadam ali in there.

Well, Thurman is not Mayweather? It's hardly anything saying "he couldn't even.. like mayweather" - Mayweather is the best ***ing fighter on the planet and I'd say Thurman handled him pretty well and dropped him hard.

I am a fight fan, it's just ******ed to think Alexander is a better welterweight than Thurman.
I agree. Alexander would get hammered pretty badly by Thurman.

Pretty much this, it's a mediocre division at best and the gap between the best and the rest is far too much.

Well then, maybe Thurman should try and prove that then.
