That's ridiculous man.

Maybe if Thurman had stopped both Bundu and Guerrero and showed he was levels above those guys then I could get you. Right now, all of you are desperate to get on the next American bandwagon and it undermines any boxing integrity you may have.

Brook and Bradley rank above but Porter and Thurman? GTFO

Pretty decent list but no way does Guerrero deserve a top 10 spot.
What have Khan and Maidana done at welterweight? Their best wins are Alexander and Broner...

Thurman's wins over Chaves and Guerrero are better wins than those two.

Also Thurman clearly did show he's a level above Guerrero and Bundu, he didn't lose a single round in those two fights, since when do you have to stop fighters to prove you're a level above them?

Khan's win over Alexander, a former titlist is far superior than beating a b class slugger in chaves and a one time former super featherweight whose best win is Berto who has done nothing since that fight.

Let's be real now. There's a massive gap between May/Pc and everyone else and Bradley and the guys just below him (Brook and Khan). Thurman is at best a 3rd tier welterweight until he proves his mettle against Khan/Brook/Bradley/Maidana/Alexander. If he beats one of these guys, then yes, I'll jump on the american band wagon.

Nah, All 3 fighters are on the same level (Guerrero is finished now). We'll see who's better between Chaves and Alexander when they fight.

And Bradley isn't in a class of his own lol...

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Thurman has already proven himself to be a better welterweight than Alexander and I have no doubt he would beat Maidana and Amir.

Left Marquez out because he's been inactive for more than a year.
Off the top, my list would look something like this, but I'd have Maidana above Thurman.

-Thurman: Collazo, Ghost, Bundu, Diaz, Soto-Karass, Chaves, Zaveck, Quintana
-Maidana: Mayweather x2, Broner, Alexander, Lopez, Soto-Karass, Martinez

Chino has the better names, while Thurman has campaigned longer at WW. Maidana is 4-3 while Thurman is undefeated. Thurman has also had fewer shaky moments at WW. The only person that Thurman would lose to on Chino's WW resume is Floyd. I'm itching for Thurman to get a notable opponent, and if Chino can get back into fighting shape, maybe we'll get this bout early next year.

By beating Chaves, Guerrero, Bundu, Zaveck. All good fighters. Aexander's got a good win over Chino, but he's lost to Porter, Kotelnik, Amir. Thurman beats those guys.

I am a fight fan, it's just ******ed to think Alexander is a better welterweight than Thurman.
