Ignorant people here are conflating physical appearance with athleticism. Sure Wlad would make for a better coverman for Men's Fitness but he doesn't have half the stamina that Fury does. Wlad threw but 18 punches a round vs Pulev and was huffing and puffing by the 5th. Fury is the all round better mover with Wlad being about as nimble as Frankenstein.

How many 12 round fights as Klitschko fought won amd dominated and how many as Fury fought, take into account world class opposition and Fury chalks up a big fat 0.

Dude be looking like a real athlete lol, he's supposed to be in the prime years of his life, his mid to late twenties go through Wladimir's photos and you will never see one of him looking so gross in comparison to Fury. Wlad has everything Fury lacks from athleticism right through to dedication, and most importantly self belief. Fury when talking about himself can not help laughing, smirking and grinning as though he enjoying the moment more himself in which he talking about himself, it's like one huge joke he enjoys hearing himself. I'm not hurt at all, I just fail to grasp how Fury is going to cause these problems. His jab when not illegal is simply a scoring jab, Wlad's left arm carries as much menace as his right, the most feared right hand in the divison.

Fury whatever way you look at it or dress it up ducked Ustinov and Pulev, he could have been mandated a long time ago had you say faced a guy rooted in cement. Fury has fought one of two ways, either behind his jab or wildly gung ho when coming from behind on the cards, relying heavily on dubious and questionable tactics. If he falls behind on the cards, is dropped, takes a knee or for whatever other reason upon trying to make up a points deficit I expect he will revert to type as he has shown historically and outside of the UK where he has had favourable decisions go his way he can expect none of that bar more deductions for his infractions, with the standard of refereeing at the highest level their is absolutely no chance he can utilise his illegal and rough house tactics. The kid is in for a long long night if he makes it beyond the fourth.

Your post as always fails to give Wlad the slightest credit, you're in short saying Wlad can not adapt and will fight the same way he always has. Do you not believe Wlad makes adjustments and adapts in each and every successive fight when facing a different opponent and a new threat to his dominance ? The day before the fight, his uncle, former trainer and brother of his trainer falls deadly ill and dies a few weeks later or whatever it was. You are sick in the head if you think Fury should have fought instead of being with his family member.

Now, Pulev. He was offered £5million to fight David Haye instead of taking that fight and took it. He'd just fought an eliminator for that belt. Now, since we're comparing to who Wlad did and did not duck - Did he not also pull out of a scheduled Chisora fight TWICE and here's the kicker - To fight David Haye. Whatever, have your fanboy double standards.

But he more or less does fight the same way every time? Sure he adapts from time to time, but it's not like he ever does anything drastic in fights to adapt. Possibly the Pulev fight is one where I saw him make some adjustments and win impressively. Other than that, I don't recall him making many changes in a fight. Mostly because his opposition aren't good enough to force him to. I remember a certain Manny Stewart being pretty pissed off at Wlad for this same reason. Inability to adapt in the ring. I have given Wlad plenty of credit often. But you only look at the criticism I give him. That's up to you. I don't think I should say he's a great fighter to watch when I don't think he is and the majority of the fans on this forum share my opinion. You might think it's great to see a heavyweight champion out size someone by 25 lbs and 3 inches pittypad and hold his way to a boring decision, but I don't. And I know Wlad would have dealt with Jennings differently if this was 2009.

However, I'm not only talking about the Jennings fight. He was slow and sluggish in the Povetkin fight, came out cold vs Pulev and was overall just sloppy vs Jennings too. Most people share my opinion.

Against Povetkin whom he dropped four times I take it he didn't 'look good' in your book of 'looking good' Povetkin and Jennings employed the same tactics, trying to come up and under the guard, he worked well except for the part whereby they could not negate the customary defence of Wlad. How many times has Wlad completely gassed out in fights? He's never had good or even decent stamina. This is one of the reasons why he illegally clinches so much. If he was forced to fight for 3 minutes of every round he would completely fall to pieces. We saw how easily Brewster beat him when they took the holding from him. The first time I saw this guy fight was live on the Lewis/Botha undercard vs Barrett and he was knackered by the 5th round even though he barely threw any punches.
Fury is a self confident, cawky fighter. He doesn't think he will beat Klit, he knows he will beat him and That's the thing. Wlad's spent his career fighting bums and no hopers who came to lay down to get a paycheck.
