froch is 37 & I don't think ward would have any trouble beating froch. it's all about money for froch at this point. why go to the states? he would making a fraction of the money he would make in England. I doubt they would sell out Wembley being ward is an unknown & has no ties what so ever to fighting in England. froch would make the most money fighting at home & so would andre ward if he decided to fight him in nottingham. If froch is going to lose, he is going to get paid doing it. the fight would be on HBO I bet which would even give them more money.

Carl Froch body slammed Dirrell and the referee took a point from Dirrell for getting body slammed. Lol. No one wants to fight Carl Froch in Nottingham. Not even other fighters from the UK. Oh goodness. As intellectually superior as you Brits claim to be you sure do know how to play the naive idiot role. Nottingham is Carl Froch's hometown where everyone loves him and will be cheering for him. His mother and wife will be shouting instructions to the referee and not being told to shut up. Andre Ward fought Froch in Atlantic City which is over a thousand miles away from Oakland and it definitely makes a difference. All he said is he won't fight in Froch's hometown but he will fight in his country. That is fair. And if you can't see that you must be wearing a blindfold.

Excuses***8230;. Andre Dirrell was cheated out of a victory in Nottingham and anyone who saw that fight knows it. Why would anyone want to fight Froch in Nottingham after witnessing such a farce?

i think that's definitely part of it. he appears to feel that a robbery is less likely in london than in nottingham.

the risk of robbery is obviously there in either city. i don't think it's completely off base to assume there's a greater risk for robbery in the city where froch lives.

i also think he sees more dollar signs in a fight at wembley, and is more willing to risk a robbery if the money is there. i think that's the important part in his mind.
