Cotto is ducking him. Fact. And I'm group 1.Thank you. There is a civil war going on between GGG fans right now.
Group 1: Step up and fight somebody. You have good talent that should let you compete with anyone from 154-168. Stop sitting around and hoping for a golden ticket.
Group 2: We enjoy watching him beat up bums. We don't want to see him challenged. Floyd and Cotto are ducking doe.
And GGG isn't ducking Lara, although he should take that fight over anything like Monroe.Comment

When a guy doesn't fight GGG it's immediately labeled a duck. You can't expect it to be called something different when GGG does or appears to do the same thing.Comment

And you guys are the most contradicting delusional fanbase in boxing history. And I'll tell you why.
Ward at 168 - The money isn't right/Ward isn't a draw
This is the same excuse Froch, Cotto and Canelo are using to avoid GGG. Yet all of them are being ridiculed for ducking.
Degale at 168 - The fight isn't big enough yet. Our focus is 160.
Same reason Froch, Cotto, Canelo, Quillin and everybody else use for GGG. On top of that, why can't he be great and hold titles in multiple divisions like Mayweather is doing right now?
Lara at 160 - OK. A few points here.
1. Quillin openly ducks GGG. He gets BLASTED, criticized and destroyed by you guys for being a coward duck. As he should.
2. Lara calls out GGG He gets ridiculed for trying to step up and trying to challenge himself to be the best.
3. The Haymon/HBO issue - Doesn't Floyd work with Haymon and have a contract with Showtime? How can they call out Floyd if there is an issue with Haymon and HBO?
And second, how come you don't make this same excuse for Quillin for ducking GGG? Quillin is a chicken coward for ducking GGG but GGG gets a pass for not accepting Lara's challenge? How does that work?
Other fighters at 168 - Arum said he would make GGG vs. Gilberto Ramirez in 2 days. How about pursue that challenge?Comment

All you GGG haters can bite me. GGG is by far the best and most dangerous middle weight in the world. GGG is willing to fight anyone but he also has to fight someone that will serve GGG's goal. GGG is willing to fight Cotto but Cotto is not willing to fight GGG. It is for no other reason than Cotto knows he will get beat bad. It is nothing else than that. It is not money or fame or anything else. Everyone wants GGG to move up to super middleweight and fight Ward. GGG will whip Ward when he is good and ready. Meanwhile it is the middle weight division GGG wants to clean up and dominate.Comment

That's a fair point but you can't criticize Cotto for ducking because the money isn't right but then turn your nose up at Ward, Degale and Lara for that same reason.Comment

First you say Geducky will fight anyone and then say he'll fight Ward when he's ready? Which is it?All you GGG haters can bite me. I agree completely. Golovkin's promoter says they have no word from Lara and his camp. I believe that. Why are Lara's people not coming out publicly with a challenge for GGG. GGG is the best middleweight on the planet and I would even say probably would beat anyone at super middle weight. Including Ward who has been mouthing off lately trying to get GGG to move up in weight when Ward has not earned the right because of the 18 month lay off. GGG will pound Ward when GGG is good and ready, not when Ward wants it.Comment
