Well, Joe, I agree, but as you didn't, we now have to listen to Carl say that he'd demolish you. And he really believes it too. So do a George Foreman - resuscitate your career and give Carl the beating he richly deserves.

          Yeah right lol

I remember fully well calzaghe not accepting a fight with froch after froch said time and time again he would fight him......maybe calzaghe would have won...not sure about it...but you certainly don't talk about it if you had the chance and never took it.....Hopkins was old....jones was old.....robin Reid should have had the victory on points......I don't think I have seen so many low ranked fighters face calzaghe for his belt....I'm British but calzaghe was protected and fed easy defences

Kessler and Froch are really alike and Calzaghe absolutely schooled Mikkel in his prime, in fact a prime Kessler for me is ahead of Froch in every department.

I can not grasp how anyone could favour Froch over Calzaghe, Froch is just so basic, even George Groves made him look ordinary for 6 rounds right after the biggest moment in Froch's career back to back wins over Bute and Kessler ! I don't what to say to anyone who believes Froch would beat Joe.

Then you should have fought him when you were in the game, the fight was there for you. Or you could have fought him in 2010, when you'd only been gone a year and Froch had just schooled Abraham. Now, you're an irrelevance. Bore off, Joe.

Eubank gave Calzaghe a hell of a fight, as did Kessler, Hopkins and Reid (the latter two arguably beating him) and even an old Jones had him down. So let's not act like Calzaghe was some infallible 'destroyer' of champions. I'd favour him to outpoint Carl but Carl at his best vs Joe at his best is a competitive fight

No, he doesn't. Calzaghe has some good qualities as a fighter, however, a solid chin is not one of them.

Nonsense, that shot Mikkel hit Joe with in the 12th, and he stood up and took it like a true champ. That was the moment I really began to admire Calzaghe during and after that fight. Anyone who can take a shot like has a solid chin, which is moot anyway, as you don't need a solid chin if you don't eat shots like guys such as Froch and Mikkel.

Calzaghe like it or not proved he has a chin, he has ZERO losses. Deal with it.
