Again dude, for a Floyd fight they'd find a way around HBO. Hell they may have an exemption in the contract to go fight Floyd on SHO PPV. It would benefit HBO as well to have his profile boosted so much.I don't care when the statement were made, it is now a matter of public record. Which some guys seem to ignore!
The debate, or lack thereof and disagreement seems to be rooted in the statements made by Team GGG. In one video, they're stating that they want to fight Floyd, in another they're stating that GGG beats anyone from 154lbs to 168lbs.
The issue with Floyd:
Floyd (as I stated) is contractually bound to Showtime and Haymon.
- So, why mention Floyd if it is almost an impossibility to get the fight?
The issue with Ward:
Ward responded to public statements by Team GGG and said that he would be willing to accept a fight with GGG if they can come to terms. Team GGG stated publicly, that Ward doesn't bring enough money (PPV) and they would rather face either Chavez of Froch.
- Then don't issue such a vague inclusive statement if Ward is excluded!!
Like I stated before, I honestly don't blame GGG, but I do blame his team for stirring up BS publicly, that has very little opportunity of being fulfilled.
Chavez and Froch fights could be financed easily, Ward can't as his promoter admits, even though they're the only guys with the money and apparent willingness to take significant losses.Comment

They? It's one guy, Sanchez. Who cares what Sanchez is saying? Wow he talks big about the guy he trains, shocking!I don't care when the statement were made, it is now a matter of public record. Which some guys seem to ignore!

Hmm that's really weird you just ignored everything I said about that. Floyd just had a split PPV with HBO and Showtime, so obviously it's possible with him. Like I said, is it realistic? Of course not. Who cares if GGG says he would fight him? Everyone says the same. The issue with Floyd:

That's really just Sanchez though. Loeffler is his promoter he's typically more straight, Golovkin is very respectful to other fighters when he speaks, Sanchez will say Golovkin will fight and beat Godzilla, don't pay it much mind. The issue with Ward:

Ward is a hypocrite. He's waiting for GGG, the smaller fighter to move up, and also while fighting mediocre fighters in the meanwhile. Ward doesn't want to fight at his natural weight of 175. Mofo fought @ 178 in the Olympics.Comment

Curtis Stevens...? GTFOH!My guess would be whichever "bum" has the balls to face him....hey, wasn't Curtis Stevens supposed to test (some said expose) GGG?...to quote an article:
"Even though Golovkin had knocked out 14 of his opponents coming in against Stevens, there were still questions as to how he would fare against a legitimate middleweight contender.
While most of the top flight contenders had been reluctant to step forward to provide any answers, Stevens ran to the front of the line. Fighting out of Brownsville, Brooklyn, Stevens had been one of the most decorated amateurs in New York City. Like Golovkin, Stevens was noted for his heavy hands and knockout power."
Aaaaaand what happened there?.....after that fight, I guess Stevens went from being legit to just being another "bum"....go figure...Comment

Likely because people like you enjoy watching lopsided fights, in which 1 fighter has no shot at victory.
This is Arthur Abraham and Lucian Bute all over again.Comment
