Do you actually watch the shit you post? Loeffler did not bring up Lara's name, the interviewer did. That is the problem with people around here. They continue to claim that GGG or his team are the originator of all this crap when all they are doing is responding to questions. Maybe they should all simply say "No Comment" when asked and tell the media to go to hell because Internet idiots continue to twist things around all the time.

Oh me too, I have no doubt Lara gets stopped. I dunno why Loeffler said it, maybe he talked it over with HBO and was told no again. Hope it happens next unless something better on the table

as far as canelo being a MW, there is no rules or regulations for that matter on non title fights, this happens very often in boxing , you could disagree and have every right to do it, same goes for same day weigh in...

Loeffler has stated that he will look into the possibility of the fight happening. He has stated this a number of times. Lara was proposed to HBO once and they turned him down as a possible opponent. If HBO says no, it goes no further than that. Considering that Lara is on Lampley's Anti-Gatti list, I doubt HBO is very interested in featuring him. He brings nothing to the party, he has no title and his fight last night was not exactly a crowd pleaser. If I were in charge at HBO, I certainly would not approve him for the network.

As for Canelo, ODLH has already said that GGG is a fight for the future, the distant future. There is no point in discussing it any further before GGG gets blamed for that not happening as well.

Because Loeffler, like Golovkin, is a gentleman. He will not come out and say that Lara is a boring sack of manure that no one wants to see who got booed out of the ring last night. He is much too nice a person to say things like that. Instead he will say things like "Lara is a good option..." when he is probably thinking 'Golovkin would destroy the useless, dull piece of crap.'

It's nothing similar LOL. Floyd is the biggest money and exposure available, plus lineal SWW belt at stake. Lara is a guy with no fans, no credentials at MW. Floyd would be a Showtime PPV, or even HBO since Floyds SHO deal is expiring. Lara would have to be on HBO, if they're willing to accept him at all.
