Lara vs Floyd Needs to Happen!

Unlike Manny, Canelo etc Lara has a legitimate shot of winning and for that reason the fight won't happen.
How it makes me laugh how fans push mismatches on us but don't try force legitimate 50/50 fights and make excuses about small fanbases and all that rubbish. All of a sudden they care about what fighters make.
Idc if Lara is a pretty basic southpaw you try dealing with a fleet-footed, defensive, southpaw counterpuncher with a world class jab, impeccable timing and accuracy. I don't care if your name is Floyd Mayweather Jr nobody, NOBODY born from their mother is having an easy time with Lara.
Yes he is basic, so is Floyd these days.
He beat Canelo, he beat Paul Williams from pillar to post, he beat Vanes, he has many other good wins. He has a ridiculous resume in so few fights. He is clearly #1 at 154 and clearly 20 times the boxer that Khan and Brook and Danny Garcia are combined.
Lara is the toughest fight out there, no two ways about it and as a boxing fan I want to see the 'TBE' vs the next best out there.
Lara has a lot going for him in this fight. His amateur pedigree being the biggest, he fought countless potshotters and masterboxers, guys with similar styles to Floyd and he beat them at the highest level.
Make this fight happen.

Its so wrong people don't want to see the best fight the best. The two best pure boxers in or around the weight.
This will be the highest quality of chessmatches.
Can you even begin to imagine the skill level, speed, precision, timing on display? **** man, make this happen, take my money!

... In my opinion, last night Lara didn't show his true potential ( the same as in the Canelo fight)...
... lara is trying to lure some big money guys -- like Floyd, for instance...
... But Floyd "ain't no ******, doe..."

I understand that perfectly well & I don't see anything but a razor close fight that most likely will go to Floyd regardless. I just want to see them in the ring and how they both deal with each other.
Its long overdue we had two master technicians of the highest level square off.

dan_cov spitting nothing but the TRUTH.

Mayweather calls the shots. Do you really think Mayweather is looking for a guy with the size, style and skill to beat him. Well he isn't. He is looking for an opponent he is sure he can beat and also make big money with. Somebody like Khan. Yes Lara has a good chance to beat Mayweather and that is one reason Mayweather will not fight him. A 2nd reason is Lara is not a guy who brings in the money. Mayweather-Lara is just a fantasy fight.

floyd will 12-0 him. u are not going to beat him by throwing 1/2 punches at a time and in a chess match there is only going to be 1 winner. **** this fight, it will be a boring **** fest
