Margarito had stamina for days because he didnt load up on all his punches he used leverage when his trainer saw cotto weaken and slow he adked him to load up hit harder. Cotto said the punches felt the same BUT he went on to say that the punches didnt have the same effect on him as it did in their first fight. Then, he said: "look at my face".

i was watching a hbo vid of max/bhop/jim discussing cotto re-emergence, max said cotto was cheated out of his prime by margarito because of plaster paris. i just dont understand how u can say this on national tv without any proof. cotto simply couldnt handle his pressure and stamina.

in relation to the plaster theory if margarito had used plaster paris against cotto then why the hell did he take his glvoes off in the ring? when people were shaking his hand wouldnt they have felt something unusual?

furthermore, cotto face doesnt show signs of plaster damage. compare his face to a real victim of plaster and u can see massive difference

Luis Resto didn't beat up the guy with plaster wraps. He took out the padding out of the actual gloves bro. And I might be wrong but didn't Max say something like Cotto felt or media and fans felt as if he was cheated outta his prize. And if he said it himself, maybe that's how he feels. He has a right to have an opinion. Margarito has no credibility at all either. How can he destroy Cotto without any help and then feel the need to start cheating right after that??? Unfortunately it will never truly be proven or unproven much like Dempsey/Willard. Willard was beaten to a bloody pulp in one round and even worse in the two remaining rounds. It was led to believe Dempsey had some type of advantage including a rail spike but was never proven and has both sides argueing till their death.

Margarito came into the training camp for the Mosley fight way overweight and in poor shape. His trainer knew his fighter wasn't the same one who stopped Cotto and resorted to desperate measures. This may seem like speculation, but with any contrary proof it is at least as valid as the "Margarito always cheated" theory which has zero supporting evidence.
