That's clearly string. Saying that they did find calcium and oxygen in the wraps, two elements in plaster. If he did have actual plaster, he would have been banned from the sport for life.

Unfortunately most fans don't even take the time to read the commissions report before posting bogus pics of this "crack".

He deserved his 1 year off, and I do think Capetillo cheated, just nothing compared to Resto.

Here's my c/p from the other thread.

Listen, I'm a certified Cotto fan, but Margs beat the boy plain and simple. I doubt he had loaded wraps because if he did then Cotto's training staff is very incompetent considering they have to watch his trainer do his wraps in the dressing room. There's no way you miss a guy putting plaster in his wraps. No way. The commission is there too.

And even then, Marg beat Cotto because of his amazing chin and stamina. Those uppercuts were vicious, and Cotto had no answer. 100% pressure is all it takes to beat Cotto and that's exactly what Marg did.

I honestly believe a lot of Puerto Rican fans are just mad because it was Pacquiao who retired Margs, not Cotto. The rematch was a farce. It literally meant nothing but they were still happy to run away with that one.

There is zero proof. Anyone arguing that because he tried to cheat against mosley, so he must have cheated against cotto doesn't understand how logic works. Questioning his career is fair, but there is literally no proof to show he cheated in the first fight.

They found trace amounts of calcium and sulfur which when combined with oxygen forms Plaster of Paris but is also found in many kinds of lotion.

Yes but I will say that Naz is a great trainer and spotted something not right. I have wrapped many hands, hundreds of times and if I detected something different, I would know. You could feel it and see it.

Gauze shouldn't be wet, according to Naz it was. Something was wrong, but we cannot just say that "He had bricks in his hands".

There are varying degrees of what this could possibly be and if the commission really thought he had a hard substance in his wraps, he would have been banned for life.

This may seem like speculation, but with any contrary proof it is at least as valid as the "Margarito always cheated" theory which has zero supporting evidence.
No it's not! Everyone has a right to assume he cheated his whole career or just before he got caught cheating. Because he was caught attempting to cheat. What u said about speculating him being outta shape is not as valid.

The Cotto fight is apart of his career so it can be questioned aswell. Especially since it was the biggest fight of his life and the one right before he was caught.

IIRC Cotto fired his uncle/trainer because he failed in that duty. I remember seeing that fight live, and being amazed that Cotto was taking so much damage from Margarito. it didn't look natural. then before the Mosley fight, we found out why.

                      Plasterito, he's a cheat.
