He dropped him with a glancing right hand when he was already hurt. And I disagree that his right to the body was as thudding as his left. Not taking anything away from the right either, but those left hooks to the body we're insane.

The 83-year-old Arum thinks Cotto (40-4, 33 KOs), the four-division champion from Puerto Rico his company helped build into a star, will defeat Canelo Alvarez when they meet in a highly anticipated pay-per-view fight in the fall.

For those who think that canelo or ggg are gonna wreck cotto's face, just remember that cotto took plaster of Paris from cheato for many rounds.... Ggg punches hard and so does canelo but cheato is heavy handed how it is and add some "casts" to the equation and I'm pretty sure his hits were more heavy. So I'm pretty sure cotto can take their hits..

You think Canelo will KO Cotto quicker than Angulo?

Lets go back to canelo- Jose cotto Miguel's older brother.. Jose cotto hurt canelo early and canelo recooped .. And no doubt that canelo is a different fighter, a lot better he was greener then.. But u can't never really improve your chin.. U can only prepare urself during a fight to see punches better and try to take incoming shots better; but u can't never train ur chin.. Cotto will def land some power on Alvarez and def will take some power from canelo... But timing in boxing is everything timing and speed can neutralize power. And If Kirkland woulda been better skilled he woulda had given canelo some real work

Cotto wins and it's not going to be that close.

Canelo gonna mess Cotto up. Should be a good fight for a few until Nelo counters Cotto with a straight right when he is loading up on the left hook and puts Cotto down. It's all a wrap after that.
