That or they're scared he'll take a Floyd fight first, I can promise you Canelo isn't fighting GGG instead. He doesn't want Cotto but he'll fight GGG? It's Canelo his plan B and C are the level of fighters he's looking to face instead of Cotto. He'll demand Texas, half the money and the date. Then once again say it was Cotto's fault it didn't happen and his fans will fall for it again.
I agree with you about Texas, although I think if they fought in Cowboys Stadium (obviously depending on college football and Cowboys schedule) it would look great and be a tremendous atmosphere if they got 75-80,000 fans.

But to the topic I don't know why you're freaking out just because they already have plan B and C. That's the logical thing to do I think. You're salty just because they have backup plans?
There will be a Cotto vs Canelo fight in October or November and now till then every Rican and Mexican should just chill the fuck out.
Can't believe that there are users here who still think that this fight won't get made and this side or that side is scared. LOL...
Watch it the fight will be announced in the next two months.
I'm salty? How is having a plan B and C smart if they've been calling out Cotto for how long? They get Cotto to say he's next and they have a plan B and C? You have Cotto's fat friend saying money is not an issue this time in making the fight and they still have a plan B or C? I thought this fight was basically done, now it's not?

I'm going to believe Cotto when he says Canelo is next, he's never said **** like that before. If Canelo doesn't want none because it's not in Sept or Texas, he never wanted the fight in the first place. Already looking for another opponent shows they really don't want the fight... Well, Cotto's performance probably showed them that.

Isn't this the guy a couple of months who said he didn't need Cotto for nothing but waited extra weeks to see if he would sign the fight? Lmao Canelo is the real definition of opportunists. First he gets outclassed by Mayweather (didnt deserve shot) then he tries to steal this year's May date and fails (not enough pull to grab his own holiday), jocks and rides completely off the wave viewers of the post Mayweather/Pacquiao aftermath (needs it to stay competitive on the ppv table) and now has plans a, b, c, x, y, ***** you are not Oscar de la Hoeya.

under no circumstance should Cotto agree to fight in that shiet of a state...

Not sure what that has to do with anything.

Don't forget barely anyone in Khazahkistan buys boxing PPVs, therefore Cotto the coward should stop talking about fame and fight Golovkin? I'm using your logic here where having a larger national fanbase is cheating or something.

              Thank you

Man, I love fans who have no clue about the business of boxing. Canelo's people would be idiots to just have Cotto as plan A, B and C. Of course they are going to try and seem like they have many options, but we all know Cotto and Canelo need each other to get a maximum payday.

These are the games managers and promoters play to get leverage in these types of situations. My fear is that Cotto is going to demand a fight only in NYC, and that won't cut it for Canelo and the promoters IMO.

The best option would be Texas, since it would create a huge gate. Then Las Vegas of course which I think is where the fight will take place.

In the end, I believe Canelo to be the A side, and Cotto to be the A1 side. Both top fighters but Canelo can generate more money everywhere except NYC.

Then we have to discuss the weight....lol

Yeah, Lets all forget how Canelo backtracked after Cotto defeated Martinez and said he would like to have a tuneup first before heading into the Cotto fight

Seems like they hesitate after every good Cotto performance..

Money is the issue it seems. Canelo doesnt seem to care about titles, so hes just treating it as an "event" and wants 50/50.. Cotto is looking at it as a fight for the Middleweight Championship, and wants to be treated as the champion.

Simply put, to Canelo its an event and to Cotto its a fight.

Why would weight be an issue? Canelo is the one fighting at lower weights than Cotto. You ****ing Canelo fans, talking **** and literally ignore or even worse don't know what Canelo has done 3 fights in a row lol.

Canelo has come 1 lb over. I don't have an issue with what Cotto has done in terms of catch weights, so I don't know what the *** you are crying about.

I'm just curious to see if Cotto will want Canelo to come in at 153 or some BS like that.

Relax, I know you just want to argue with people because you are a ***, but I haven't said anything to the contrary.
