2nd half want to protect him at all costs, are not as confident in his abilities and want to see him steamroll the Adamas of the world instead of having to worry about him not looking dominant for a single minute of a single round.

Again, Loeffler has to pitch him to HBO and make an offer. Why can't he do that? He pitched 3 names to HBO last time - Willie Jr, Heiland and Tuerano Johnson

Loeffler keeps saying the fight is possible. Why doesn't he say "We can't fight Lara because he's not allowed on HBO"......if that's the case which you are trying to make?

Make Lara an offer and we'll see if he really wants the fight. Until then its just desperate Golovkin fans making pre-emptive excuses.

          Exactly !

A win would give Golovkin some badly needed validation.

And if GGG is prepared to fight for Willie Monroe paydays, he can fight Lara.

He would be Golovkins best win, you cant spin that.

Again, does Willie Monroe sell out the MGM ?
That's what I'm saying. It ain't no thing for K2/GGG to make this fight against Lara. What, is HBO gonna get into a hissy fit because Golovkin has one fight that won't be on HBO? Awwww poor Ken Hershman...he can't have a good fight on his network because Al Haymon won't "work" with him. Too bad.

If GGG beats Lara, then you can get him back on PPV against Canelo in 2016 and make bank.

Hoya had attempted to steer Canelo away from Lara on numerous occasions.

When Hoya was in rehab, Schaeffer made the Lara fight.

              Hoya was fuming.

              Canelo DEMANDED Lara!
So was that why Oscar and Schaeffer had that split?

You're full of it. And you know it. They're creating false motivation while you're creating false information.

As far as I'm concerned, K2 can make that fight happen regardless of what network covers it. If GGG wants it, K2 can make it happen. Doesn't matter if it's on HBO, Showtime, NBC, CBS, or whatever...
                  Exactly !

Network excuses are just that, excuses.

                    Nobody mentioned Kirkland.

                    The top 5 were Mayweather/Canelo/Lara/Trout/Angulo.

Who was ranked higher at that point in time ?

Name the fighter who was ranked higher ?

He fought the top 4 JMW's consecutively, there is no question of that.

Yeah if this sorry troll says it, it must be so. So you think Hbo has no interest in featuring Haymon fighters cause theyre all trash? Or why is it you never see them on Hbo?
