He just got blasted with a clean left hook and dropped again with a temple shot. It just wasn't his night.
Not to mention two head butts that no one mentions . All after being beaten to a pulp by GGG and drained going in.just saying

Knowing your limit is certainly the intelligent thing to do. Which is probably why quitting is so reviled around here.

I started in jiu jitsu before boxing and saw many "warriors" get their muscles ripped from the tendon in moronic acts of pride. Sometimes by my own hands. So, my perspective is that sport is sport. Risk your future for your freedom or your family, but not for a sport.

that said geale did put up a pathetic performance. monroe gave all he had, realized it want enough and called it a day preserving himself for future battles.

geale got hurt and quit, twice. pretty much all great fighters got off the canvas to win, its an ability you need in the fight game. monroe got off the canvas and fought until he had nothing left, geale didnt do that. he was afraid of being knocked out cold and ending up a highlight real KO victim imo and quit with plenty left to give.

i still would never call him a coward, but i dont think you can call him world class after witnessing this not once but twice.
But if he was black you wouldn't say this.
