He didn't say "To much, too soon" He just said "Too much" ... meaning he didn't want to talk about Ward. You just added the "Too soon" onto it yourself to suit your biased agenda.

Sanchez did say it doesn't make financial sense, because it doesn't make financial sense. There isn't enough money in it for either of them. Sanchez also said - after that - that if Ward wanted the fight he should send Loefler an offer. Ward is the champion at 168, so the offer has to come from him.

And Ward's next fight will be at LHW, so please, just shut up about him in discussions about the MW title.

Stick to what is relevant - GGG is Cotto's mandatory, so why won't Cotto fight him?

    "Erm ... umm ... W...W...Ward doe .. "
Got you. See your bias shows. I knew as soon as I added that too soon part you'll come out and defend GGG saying that ward is too much for him.

Too much. Andre is andre me is me... basically he's saying he do him and i'll do me... he wants no part of ward

and yes a fight with ward doesn't make financial sense? I thought GGG has the fanbase and what not blah blah blah...

    more biases.

GGG's bad english is understandable it's not his second language. But Cotto is apparently some Yale professor with a masters in English. It's pathetic man, GGG has somehow delivered worse fans than Manny or Floyd.

No voluntary in between, no rematch in between, no fight at another weight class in between. Whoever wins fights Golovkin NEXT.

Why is Cotto so against giving that guarantee? He claims in interviews that he would 'possibly' fight GGG after Canelo, so why not make it official? What is stopping him? Why do his fans try to invent excuses for him not to give that guarantee? [Cotto is not Floyd. He knows how to read and how to sign his name]. There is nothing preventing him from signing an agreement that obligates him to actually live up to the obligation he is avoiding by fighting Canelo in the first place.

There isn't a set of balls among the entire bunch of them!
You are correct dude, Cotto is not Floyd! Floyd is very intelligent and would have gotten more money and is undefeated.

So hate all you want while Floyd is the richest athlete ever!!! No other athlete has made more money off one night than Money May!!

Oh, so because he says he is ready for Ward, you are impressed and count it as a KO over Ward?

Perhaps you don't follow boxing, but it has been stated clearly, numerous times, that Golovkins goal, is to become the undisputed middleweight champion in the world. Cotto, just so happens to be the lineal and WBC middleweight champion, and the only person who stands in line of him achieving that goal. So, with that said, your analogy doesn't even make sense.

if roc nation are willing to cover the costs, golovkin-ward can happen whenever. otherwise, golovkin and hbo will obviously prioritise cotto/alvarez. it's not difficult to figure out. golovkin-ward right now is a regular hbo fight that would demand a ppv level purse. hbo are not going to bend over backwards for that fight

Cotto vacating and leaving the division does him no good.

                  1. He'll be fighting a bum for the vacant title and will get criticized more for no big names on his resume

                  2. A new lineage is created when the #1 and #2 fighters face off. Guess who is #2 on every ranking list....Kid Quacklin.

The only thing he can do is play his position and get the winner.
How would Gennady get criticized when its clearly Cotto that doesn't want the fight? Just as Martinez didn't. Just as Sturm didn't. How is that GGGs fault?

My post was pretty self explanatory. Golovkin is the mandatory, it's fair he gets his fight. He's not going to go away just because Cotto has a fight planned in his own mind which gets him more money. GGG cares about his own money..not Cotto's.

If Cotto wants to keep the belt, he fights Golovkin. If he wants to fight Canelo and get paid more..he either drops the belt, or pays GGG a good step a side fee and a guarantee.

Golovkin's mandatory status is his gate-way to his own big money fight with Cotto then maybe Canelo, whether Cotto likes it or not.

Cotto doesn't want to face GGG or pay a step aside fee? No problem, all he has to do is drop the belt and that problem goes away.
He wants to keep the title though?...Then GGG comes into the equation regardless.

Then it really sucks for GGG that his goal is being blocked by Cotto and Al Haymon. To me he's one dumb mother ****er if he's trying to unify against people who won't fight him. To think, he can actually add some value to his name by simply beating Froch.

This isn't some pro-Cotto stance, I say the same exact **** about Rigo. The guy b*tches he can't get on TV or a big fight especially, then refuses to move up in weight. Well then you know what? Shut the **** up. You have more than one option which is to stay in a division. And in case you haven't noticed unifying MW isn't really such a great feat, if it was stacked like WW then maybe I could see why GGG would stick around, but it's not even close.
