GGG apparently has an exclusive HBO contract so therefore it's down to Loeffler to get on the blower to Lara's people and make an offer. Why doesn't he do that? He's happy to call Froch, Cotto, Canelo etc - aka the money fights. But he won't take a risk on his boy looking bad in a lower paying but good fight against Lara.

Golovkin will take his step-aside money like a "Good Boy" and then go fight another road sweeper.
Not "apparently"...DOES. He does have a contract with HBO.
The ball is in Lara's court after his fight on Friday.
Fight at 160lbs and be able to fight on HBO.
I already know what's going to happen, because Lara does not want that fight.

Ok so would you not agree then that it's up to Loeffler to make an offer?

Golovkin isn't going to fight on PBC so make Lara an offer to fight on HBO. And if he turns it down, you and the rest of the Golovkin fantards can start beating off again about how another guy is "scared" of him. What's there to lose?

The only possibility for me to watch a Ward fight would be if it was not in Oakland where his handpicked ref and judges will allow him to bend and break the rules with impunity. Put the fight in a neutral location, with true neutral and effective officials who will enforce the rules and deduct points for butting and excessive holding, and I will consider it.

But I would take a Froch - GGG fight over a Ward - Anyone fight any day of the week. Even a DeGale or Groves against GGG fight. Anyone but boring Andre Ward.
Why isn't clinching/hugging , headbutting and other dirty tactics banned so the ref or the judges should take an immediate point off. that is not defense, defense is footwork, head movement, blocking punches, and reflexes.

It's up to Lara to ask his daddy if he's allowed on HBO and up to HBO to allow Lara to fight on their network.
More importantly, it's up to Lara to actually want that fight(which he doesn't)instead of just playing the name game(like Carl Froch is)
Then a deal can be worked out

oh you dumbass, tom said that if lara really wants the fight instead of just talking then he(LARA) can call tom and make it happen, Its ok ,you made a mistake.
Besides lara only barks on his twitter, if he were serious then he should've sent tom an offer, which tom said he hasn't received.

And will Al let lara fight on HBO?
And canelo already beat lara, so shouldnt GGG go after canelo?
Top 10 at 160 are now called road sweepers, ok man whatever you say.

A deal can be worked out when an offer is made from Loeffler. Loeffler plays lip service to the media whenever asked about Lara and then never does anything about it. How do you know if Lara wants the fight or not if you don't make an offer?

                Literally makes no sense.

Why does Lara have to call him? Loeffler makes a big song and dance about how Eddie Hearn won't return his messages but he can't call Lara?

And that's not even what he said anyway. He said he'll do what he can to make the fight happen. Does that not mean contacting Lara's people?

How can Lara make an offer? Everyone is saying Golovkin is exclusive to HBO so it's up to their side to make the offer. Golovkin isn't going to fight on PBC

Make an offer to a fighter who doesn't want the fight and most likely can't fight on HBO?

Just put it this way Ward hasn't fought in 2 yrs and his next fight is on BET that's all I gotta say. Furthermore, if Cotto is not a true middle why does he have one of the most treasured belts. WBC is corrupt as hell. GGG is Cotto's mando but they will pay him step aside money for Canelo/Cotto which is prob a 50/50 fight.

You just love you some Golovkin, dont ya.
