Not at all. WBO rules state that you cannot hold a title in any other weight class from any other organization. That means Floyd must vacate his titles at 154. Rules are rules and it is nice to see an organization that actually applies they to Floyd as well as everyone else.

Honestly I don't think Brook has earned a Mayweather fight but I guess there really isn't anyone that has right now. The total welterweight unification makes it interesting but I don't know, just doesn't seem like a good final opponent for a career as great as Floyd's. He'll probably comeback for a shot at 50-0 though even if he's said he's stopping at 49.
