WBO has its rights to strip Floyd he never fights the number one contender he hand picks opponent who are at their end of their careers . If he fought the number one's he would have had to fight Porter, Brook Thurman rather than slow Hispanic fighters or a wash up Asian who was being protected after his loss by fighting Jr Welters
