I read a Guardian article the other day that said Khan has already been chosen and all that's going on right now is grandstanding. I don't know how reliable that article is but if I were Floyd, having just earned $200m and about to make another $50m, I'd wanna retire as the undefeated and undisputed champ. I wouldn't trust the Guardian. They've announced Mayweather vs. Khan a few times now. They get all their info from Khan's team, and u see how delusional he is. I'd wait and see from a more legit source before believing this.
