An opportunistic organization looking for an opportunity. Unless the WBO doesn't follow boxing (see: "irony"), then they know this fella was set to relinquish ze belts. Well he did say he was gonna vacate them. With that said, the WBC is obviously money grabbing here, which is kinda pathetic. He did just capture the damn thing. I mean seriously. This is why there are no undisputed champions in this sport.

That kinda makes sense with him trying to hold on to this belt. He should relinquish the 154 titles though.

This is why a lot of these belts are considered meaningless. If a world champion can win a belt in a title fight and still have two other fighters competing for the SAME belt how the hell does your belt signify a real champion?

Now they also want him to send them a 200,000 dollar check and relinquish his belts at light middleweight? Floyd has been criticized for never being undisputed but people don't realize he is not undisputed because of the politics that go on in boxing and the fact that there are way more belts today then there were 20 years ago.
