He is the champ but 80% is a bit excessive.

Bum fighter Shannon Briggs must have demanded a 7 figure purse for the fight. Obviously Showtime probably said we have a million dollars total for this walk over bout and you have to pay the challenger sssoooooo we got Molina. Buuuuuum Squadddddd! Squad up.....

Wouldn't be surprised if it was more than that.

How much did Molina get to go one round with Arreola?

Honestly, if Povetkin is next, i don't even care. Better than what he was fighting last year... all I can say

It's very unlikely this guy makes it 2 rounds without being carried:

It's on showtime but it's in Alabama so i'm not sure what he will get paid. I'm sure Wilder is getting a 7 digit paycheck but it wouldn't surprise me if Molina is only getting $100000. I doubt anyone in the top 5-10 would take anything less then half a million if not more. I'm just speculating though...

LOL. I wasn't really serious about the 80% part, but yeah. It would make sense that they would pick Molina. Molina in all likelihood would be the lowest bidder, considering that he's not even a top 10 guy! That gives Wilder the biggest possible payday AND an easy defense! I mean look at who Molina has fought and its easy to predict what's going to transpire once they get into the ring.
