What's not to like? If you want a cerebral boxer he's been that his whole Pro career, he's always adapted in the ring,if you watch and see his subtle adjustments. If you want to knock out puncher check out his early career .Been champion since 21 years of age, has find 20 + world title fights!***55357;***56881; For those who follow his early career he was a knockout artist. What triple G is now is what Diego Corrales was then when he fought him Floyd was the underdog! When people talk about how many punches Pacman throws per round ,go watch Philip Ndo throw over a hundred punches per round and Floyd Stopped him! So you have a boxer went from being a. Ko artist to being a defensive boxer seamlessly also to be the highest grossing boxer and to becoming a great promoter of himself! I'm from Grand Rapids & have been impressed by Mayweather's talent since watching him win his first Michigan Golden Gloves title @ the Wyoming, MI National Guard Armory back in the day. Its crazy to think of how far he's come since those days with all the belts & being seen as the #1 guy in the sport.

My honest opinion of Floyd Mayweather jr is as follows...

1 ... I think he is a de****able human being. No MAN beat on a woman, or women in his case, especially in front of his children Only cowards do that

2... Boxing wise? No one denies he has incredible God Given boxing talents but talent alone does not make him an ATG. He needed the heart ,courage & cojones of a champion. These things he lacked sadly. Had he not ducked people like Pacquaio, Margarito, Williams etc but gone ahead & fought them then he may well have beaten them all & then he really could be named among the best ever.. Had he lost one or two his legacy would still be far better than it is today Add to this the ludicrous demands he's made of the people he did fight like Testing, Gloves etc I feel he basically wasted his incredible talents 5 years after his final fight he'll be forgotten

Lol you basically proved me right, and yes we are paying for boxing fights so why the **** shouldn't we expect good fights. I don't wish any boxer harm, but this is a combat sport, pain and injury are part of the game, everyone who fights knows that going in or at least should know that.
