He wanted a straight left, followed by a right hook, if you need to see him stopped in tracks or backed up, look at the other gifs

By the logic thrown at me in this thread, I would be discrediting a lot of good boxers. Whitaker, duran, ali even hagler. These guys did a lot of hitting and not being hit in return.

Floyd doesn't do this. He doesn't get hit, but he barely hits his opponents either. Yeah the pacquiao fight was boring, but at least pacquiao tried to make it a fight.

Boxing isn't fencing. Its fists fighting. You cant give floyd the round if he did everything in his power to not get hit, and then wins it with a single grazing right hand. People seem to have a double standard for floyd, he would have plenty of losses on his record if it was someone else.

Even in the maidana fight, does anyone take into the account that maidana was the agressor the entire fight? Hes the harder puncher as well. Hes the guy who messed floyds face up. The guy did everything to win but taking floyds 0 away is destroying the ocon floyd created, which makes a lot of money as we all saw.
Then you are simply blinded by bias/hate.

I always find it funny when people bring up meaningless differences, in this case "boxing isn't fencing," in a cheap attempt at strengthening their point. The sad thing is your point is built on another lie, the lie that Pacquiao was the aggressor in that fight.

Moving forward without throwing punches is seen as aggression nowadays?

Pacquiao's work rate was less than Mayweather's, and he achieved less with it. He wasn't the effective aggressor in the fight, he was not even the aggressor.

He got outboxed and lost the fight 117-111.

It's too much work having a conversation with someone who doesn't know sht, have to hold their hands and explain everything. Point there is Algieri actually stopped Pacquiao, and landed a better shot(s) than Mayweather did as he's too afraid to get inside of anyone's range, why we get the lovetap performances.

He has his mind made up.....I guess, if you walk forward, that means you obviously win in his eyes.....maybe one day he will realize counter punchers are usually not toe to toe guys and have won a ton of professional fights in their careers.
It's some knowledgeable posters posting some bull**** because they have personal beef towards one of the athletes competing.

They know damn well you don't score a fight like that.

Yea, I'm sure you've boxed before and realize it's actually really simple to just stop being you.

Which is actually why most people can't score fights, if you can't check your opinion of preconceived ideas of a fight or the fighters at the door then you can't be a judge.

Here dude...same combo he always tries..right, roll right, then fire left....stopped in tracks.

You claim people don't know ****, yet you are the one calling the rights he ate pillow punches..I asked you to explain why he was moving backwards when hit....gave examples in gifs...yet you still haven't explained the pillow theory or why after round 1, Manny stopped coming in wreckless and attempted to out counter a counter puncher? Where was the in and out footwork and superhero speed?

Effective Aggression....why did he take a step back after eating a soft right
