Do you think Povetkin is on PEDs?

This.Very difficult to say because we dont know anything about how his camp was before his loss. He could have been doing everything wrong for all we know.
Maybe he is eating better now and training with heavier weights? That could account for how he has put on weight while losing fat.
one feature of all his recent KO's is how accurate he was. All his punches were right on the button. Not sure there is a PED for that.
So for me he's still on the same amount of su****ion that I have for every top athlete, 'he's probably juicing, but im not going to make a fuss over it unless he gets caught.'
Since the Klitschko fight he's fought and stopped:
Charr - best known for losing to past prime version of Vitali,
Takam - it took Povetkin 10 rounds to knock him out, besides the KO was a result of accumaltion of punches,
Perez - he got caught ON POINT, watch the replay.Comment

People gave Charr a chance because Povetkin had come through a bad beating, and of course Charr hadn't been exposed for being as poor as he is.Rahman and Wawrzyk were the prior fights...Rahman had no business there at all, he could have been KO'd by anyone that night...and Wawrzyk was a bum who got systematically broken down. Charr is useless now as we can see, but at that time people were actually giving him a chance v Povetkin.
With your Takam point, that reinforces what I'm saying - he suddenly has this fight ending power which even carries in the late rounds v highly durable opponents who are giving him problems or even winning the fight.
Shouldn't he have KO'd Takam early if that were the case?
It's only really this Perez fight which raises eyebrows for me, every punch seemed to rock Perez.Comment

Bro, accumulation of punches in my book is when you hurt someone, back them up and finish the job. A 3 punch combo or so, with an obvious 1 final punch to seal a KO is something different. Watch it again.This.

Murderers row since Wlad, isn't it?
And you realize Wlad clinched him 789 times during the fight, right? Grabimir Clinchko should have been DQ'd for that if the ref wasn't paid off. Talk about cheating, my god the hypocrisy is strong in this one.Comment

povetkin had him hurt, and knocked him down in round 9 hence "accumulation of punches".Comment

Not necessarily. I can't remember the fight, but I don't recall Povetkin being able to land such a bomb as the KO shot during the fight.People gave Charr a chance because Povetkin had come through a bad beating, and of course Charr hadn't been exposed for being as poor as he is.

For sure. He was 240lbs of flub, smiling and joking in the ring before fight, dry as a bone etc. Could be he just got caught cold.
The first right hand was sweet as **** too. That was about technique, accuracy and timing.Comment
