Both very impressive. 80 in a row is awesome. Retiring undefated at 50 is impressive but of course resume, longevity, championships has to come along with it. Like the one cat said, Canelo was close to 50-0 if he got there and retired it wouldn't mean as much as fi Floyd did it

I'm going to watch the fight again.

In front of nearly 60,000 pendejos, Pea shined.

I'm surprised that long time boxing writers and fans don't correct the talking heads about this whenever they bring up Floyd breaking Marciano's mark.
right, maybe its because he had a Draw as well

People still count a draw as a blemish to a perfect record

You have to win all the fights. Not be undefeated. Still Lopez's feat is still for the record books

You don't know what you're talking about you BBC sucking wigg.

Chavez and Lopez were both CHAMPS who went past 50 wins without defeats.

This isn't Brian Nielsen who had 50 something wins before getting his first loss.
Whitaker whipped that azz. One low blow doesn't make him a cheater, go and see that fight again.

Brian Nielson had won 49 fights and quit on his 50th fight. Get your facts straight, He was known as the Danish pastry and did not fight no top guys.

The guy who fought Tijuana taxi drivers for most of his career was 72-0 before he lost a fight. You are right, The record has been broken several times, but the boxing media of today often ignores the facts whenever it suits them.
