      If it's just Americans then right now he's currently tied with a guy who came one win short - after losing the 49th fight, he said something like "I'm 35 fighting young guys, Rocky was 25 fighting older guys. To be technical, Rocky couldn't carry my jockstrap."

        It should only be for heavyweights since they are the biggest and baddest in the sport.
        Flyweights, and welterweights dont count
        Its just Floyds big mouth making him more important than what he really is
        A 5'8 guy beating up on guys who average 5'7
