Second, GGG is the only guy willing to drop to SWW where Floyd has been holding a belt for 3 years straight and is lineal. Everyone knows dropping weight is hard and a handicap. Enough of a handicap for Floyd to come out on top? I doubt it but lots of dissenting opinions here, mostly from flo mos. Seems like an interesting fight
Oh, so he's doing it for the money, not because it's an actual challenge. Interesting....

It's a little too much to ask him to fight someone 2 weight divisions higher at that age.

GGG ought to be ashamed pushing for this tbh.
Marquez went up two divisions to fight him and Manny like five at least. He may be 38 but hugs and runs like a 20 ear old and GGG is no teen either. Not a big welter?? Wooow he looked bigger than Manny. Besides GGG will be weak if he drops weight. Floyd and his ******ed fans are cowards, period.

They'd haveta get special high-speed cameras to film it. Otherwise, all you'd see would be a blur running around the ring sobbing uncontrollably. "Hep me hep me.... GGG gonna get me".
          HA!

some people don't even know GGG is a 16lbs fighter and Floyd a 147lbs fighter. This fight makes no sense as GGG will simply not make weight or rehydrate to 180 come fight night. What I can't stand however is how GGG is like 33yrs old and hasn't fought any elite fighter. The likes of Mayweather, Judah, Pacquiao all started at lower weights but moved up in search of bigger fights. They didn't stay at small weights fighting overmatched bums like GGG is doing. There are many good fights at 168lbs but he only calls smaller guys never calls out guys bigger than him.

So you dont think him vs lineal champ is even interesting? At 154 with the handicap, and 160?

And you have a problem with fighers going after best money, hmm. You sure you have a grip on this sport?

Marquez moving up is identical to FLoyd moving up to fight GGG.

Mayweather is a natural 147 ponder and has been, he couldn't drop down two pounds against Marquez and was fined, below 146 he cant do it. Marquez when up to fight Mayweather, but then went back down to lightweight for his next two fights as he felt he didn't belong in that weight division as he was too slow and heavy.

Form Floyds natural weight of 147lbs, Thats moving up close to three weight divisions to fight GGG at his natural weight class.

How old is Mayweather anyways? we will compare how old Marquez was in his career when he made the jump. I'll tell you, Mayweather is 37yrs old now, same age Marquez was when he made his jump of three weight divisions against a faster, stronger, and heavier fighter.

Marquez moving up three weight divisions to fight Mayweather = Mayweather moving up three weight divisions to fight GGG.

If beating a fighter who jumped three weight divisions for the first time is such a great win for FLoyd, Why wouldn't fans want to see a great win for Floyd against GGG? after all, weight does not matter, skills do.

Int his case GGG would be moving down, so that's an advantage for FLoyd.

Marquez was 36, not 38, and FOTG was coming off a long layoff. Chances were he wouldn't quite be the same. He may have been taller than #48, but I'm fairly certain they weighed about the same fight night.

If GGG is weaker for making the weight, will you give him credit for the win? Do you give FOTG credit for the Canelo win?

Oh, cry some more. He's FOTG, and nothing you say will change that.

I don't have an issue with fighters going after money, but people like you have cried about it for nearly a decade. It's ok when a fighter you like does it though.

I would be ok with it if he was an actual 154 pounder, but he's not.
