Floyd is already great, he doesn't need to beat GGG to proclaim that. If Floyd fought GGG at 154 it wouldn't be considered a great win because the excuse will be he beat a 33/34 year old weight drained fighter going down 6 pounds who has no great wins on his resume.

Why doesn't GGG call out people his own size?

GGG-Mayweather would be a freak show.

Regardless, someone asked Golovkin if HE was ready for Mayweather and Golovkin replied is Floyd ready for me?
Because BHop saw DLH lose to Sturm at 160 and knew he was a big name and would be easy work.

Floyds making excuses to not fight GGG. Saying hes retired.
His six fight contract ending doesnt mean he cant fight again, especially when theres some nice fights out there.

Floyd senior said Floyd wuold beat GGG didnt he? Get it on then.

Well, we know the answer to that then. Fight GGG aty 160lb, rather than one armed smaller fighters than yourself.

He's said he would try and make it if offered the fight, but that's not "pushing it" yeah?

All he has ever done regarding Floyd is answer questions put to him by reporters.

Did you read the article? He was in the middle of his public workout and a reporter asks him "Are you ready for Floyd?" GGG smiles and replies, "Is Floyd ready for me?"

Clearly, it was intended as a joke. I can't understand why you guys are getting so worked up about it.

The question you should be asking is when will Ward be ready for GGG?

Abel Sanchez challenged him to send Loefler an offer if he wants the fight. Ward's reply - "Stop talking about me."

Ok. If you say so. You appear to be the only one worked up btw.
