Cotto doesn't have a choice. HBO wouldn't air his upcoming fight unless he signed an offer sheet to fight Canelo. He can try and pull out of the fight or stall to kill the fight again but HBO will step in and make it happen. Canelo will beat this older version of Cotto easily.

You do realize it was Canelos fault the fight fell apart last time??? Nelo wanted May 2 or May 9 to fight Cotto. Cotto would have fought him on May 2 but that fight had to fall back after Pac and May got made. So what happens then?? Cotto Nelo fight next week, May 9??? No!! They gonna try to and do that on ppv. So obvisously that wasn't gonna happen a week after Pac-May. Logically, they should have fought in June but Canelo didn't want that. A fight with Cotto in June makes the most sense in NYC too when u think about it. Not sure Nelo wanted any of that either. So he said **** Cotto I'll fight someone else and moved on.
