Truth is, Mayweather has been in court 5x for domestic abuse, then the Ray Rice coments, and the racist Filipino rant?

**** is 3x as worse as any of those. Are you seriously going to sit there and tell me that Kobe Bryant won't ever get a statue outside of Staples Center?Comment

Before the weigh-in, there was a group of like 40 people protesting Floyd outside the MGM. i'm telling you..it's got to be inside, tucked away otherwise it'll be trashed like stated above.Comment

He's not very well liked and when he's retired no one is going to want to see a Mayweather statue. Reason being, he's got the heel role but not the charismatic heel. He learned how to sell himself from WWE. McMahon learned long ago that an irritating heel can sell just as well as a babyfaced hero because people tune in, in hopes to see the heel lose. That's a huge part of his PPV numbers. I think that's completely legit and he's rightfully made a fortune doing that, but he's not the kind of guy people want to see a statue of because he lacks public adoration. That's why he has so few sponsors but guys like Pacquiao and Alvarez have sponsors beating down the door. Floyd would love that sponsor money but companies don't invest in him because he's not admired by the public.Comment
