Man, this place has gone to sh.it.
His wins were extremely controversial to say the least. He has still unaccomplished. He looks good in his fights, but to say he's done anything big is a joke. I'd say Broner is a much more accomplished fighter in comparisson

HE'S DONE NOTHING IN THIS SPORT FOR THE GREATER GOOD...

not to mention saying in thousands of interviews that he'll meet floyd at a cw to make the fight prior to floyd even spoke on fighting him then blaming the Cw on floyd after ellerbe called him ******...I LIKE U CANELO B/C U PUNCH GREAT...but u're no A side..mexicans just dont mind paying 10 bucks for the salsa show...1.5 for lara?? while lara made 1 million himself..get of of here kid...#FightAndrade #Make154 #Not155

we all know your avoiding the ranks of 154..
Same thing is going to happen with GGG and Mayweather. When it comes down to making the weight he'll come up with some excuse and the fans will say the fight didn't happen because of Floyd

Also Cotto and his 157 catch weight (3 lbs under the divisions max 160) for a title defense is much worse than Canelos 155 catch weight (1 lb over the divisions max weight)

I am curious as to wether or not there would be a catch weight for Cotto v Canelo. I think Canelo would be comfortable vs Cotto anywhere between 155-160. But if there was a 155 catch weight for a Cotto vs Canelo fight it would probably be demanded by Cottos camp, not Canelos

no way dude that makes no sense. if broner starts winning again the new stars will be canelo and him but to say broner is more accomplished is ridiculous. im a huge broner fan been watching him fight in cincinnati before anybody even heard about him but to say hes more accomplished then canelo who has fought the best in our generation hes beaten lara, trout, angulo, kirland etc. i dont want to hear about it being controversial because the fights were close either way and not to mention even tho i think broner obviously won he had constroversial wins vs paulie and taylor. I dont know i just think trying to say broner is more accomplished then canelo is honestly ridiculous maybe before he fought mayweather but right now broner is still in the middle of his build himself back up after maidana whooped him and canelo is at edge of being a ppv star and has fought everyone asked of him so far

and how the hell does adrien broner have anything that matches wins over trout, lara, kirkland?

                What...
His last 5 opponents are Trout, Mayweather, Angulo, Lara, Kirkland. 3 from the five are horrible style match ups for Canelo and all are elite guys but he managed to beat two of them and I can't blame him for not beat Floyd. The other two are rugged brawlers they were underdogs against Canelo but I think Angulo as a bounce back fight isn't bad and Kirkland also isn't a "cherry pick". So, yes he challenges himself, he challenged himself at least on 3 fights of his last 5. Show me a guy in his twenties today who has a resume like Canelo's. I'm not sure you can but even if you can, that's just a really few. In fact I think he has an easily better resume than many stanned fighters.

You think beating Lara and Trout is a better resume than Shane Mosley and Sergio Martinez? Canelo's resume is equivalent to GGG's resume, there is no difference in opponents between the two except for Canelo's loss. Murray is no better or worse than Lara, they'd fight to a draw. Geale actually beat Felix Strum and Trout beat Cotto so I guess they could be considered the same but I'd argue Geale is a better fighter.

Anyway, those are those guys best wins. The best of a weak division, you and everyone else is just overhyping him. The Floyd schooling would have convinced you, but for some reason it's like that never happened, he still has a lot of the same flaws.

This is ****** as hell. It's not like he was back and forth on HBO and Showtime over the past 2 years. He was young when fighting on HBO and then happened to be on Showtime at the stage in his career that he stepped up. His first fight after leaving HBO was against Josesito Lopez. Also 3 of the 4 were on PPV, you'd have to expect better opposition for a PPV fight
