why so insecure about Floyd's fighting style? he's great but even he won't pretend that he's an exciting guy to watch. not every one has the palate for landing 15 jabs a round and lots of clinching.

exactly, I mean it is a sport where you have to land punches on another human being to win a fight. Not sure how anyone can expect less. it was what the people want.

First: I saw the rematch for the first time without a crowd where you can barely hear your self in the room but I did hear enough of the commentators.

I nearly vomited when "KERMIT THE FROG FARHOOD gave his analysis.

7 to 5 Pacman Pac landed the most telling shots. Jr's jabs didn't land very well they were out there but NOTHING.

They don't need to do the rematch because Jr won't fight, he just as well take off his boxing trunks and reveal his pink panties and you and him can run around in the ring or your room and practice defense.

The Judges today give more points on defense and running where back in the day you had to fight and land punches.

Listening to Kirkland he clearly has permanent brain damage and shouldn't be fighting at all . When he talks he sounds like Medrick Taylor . Sad to see the boxing world turn a blind eye to his brain damage , and continue to let him fight .

What an amazing and fun fight as short as it was. Looking forward to Canelo's next fight and I hope it's as great or better then this one.

I don't think true boxing fans laugh at kirkland. If anything everyone gives him his props for showing up to fight. He has great heart. Did you see canelo worried about him when he was in the floor?

Max kellerman, jones everyone give kirkland credit. That is kirklands style to win fights. His chance of winning tonight was to keep pressuring and hitting canelo. We all knew canelo had more skills but a lot of doubters never taught that canelo had the true pop to keep kirkland at bay or knocking him down.

Remember this is the same way he fought angulo. And angulo has some pop he showed he was more relentless than angulo who was known for fighting like mad dog. Kirkland pretty much finished angulo's career who still put a beating to lara after kirkland put a beating on him.
