A rematch would be the same boring fight we already saw. Pacquiao doesn't have the size or the skill to force Mayweather to come and fight him without really selling out for an all out assault. And we know he won't do that because he's worried about eating another counter that will put him on the canvas. He doesn't have the hunger necessary to take risks like that at this point in his career.

Pac's legacy would have been better off if he had never taken the fight and allowed people to believe that Mayweather was ducking him. Instead he went and got exposed as the limited fighter that he is. I'm not saying Pac isn't good, because I've been a fan of his for a long time now, but he has never been on Mayweather's level in terms of skill. Nor does he match up particularly well in the size and reach department. Pac is the smallest guy Mayweather has fought since his 2001 bout with Jesus Chavez (and that was at super featherweight!).

the only thing that makes me want the rematch is because i want them to shut pac, roach and pac fans again. they just never learn.

We were short changed in the first fight, so of course theres going to be a rematch. You get the impression the people who don't want a rematch, want the world to believe Floyd has got a legitimate win already, and also they don't want Floyd to fight a healthy Pac where Floyd can lose.

The rematch is dependant only on whether Pac decides to fight on or not. Nothing else.
