Certainly a make or break case for both parties. Or in boxing terms, a fight both guys need to win.

I like that Bernard is also speaking out due to first hand knowledge and direct dealings with Haymon. It also doesn't help that Haymon fighters are calling him their promoter. As much control over his fighters that he has, I am surprised he didn't drill into their heads to not call him a promoter, ever.

Come to think of it, I don't remember Floyd thanking Haymon in his post fight interview like he usually does.

Why is wilder fighting a bum after winning a major title? Look at Khan?

I see this as a positive. Even if it's only outcome is to shed some light on what seem to be shady on-going acts.

dude, you are something else. haymon will slowly kill boxing if he keeps up putting mediocre fights. people are more worried about how much a fighter makes or how many people are goin to view the fight its rediculous, what happen to making the fights people truely want to see?

Wonder if they can prove Haymon used his investors money to pay for the Dirrell Degale purse bid, with Warriors Boxing being used as a promoter in name only.

Haymon having the dual role of manager and promotor is well known or at least that is the way it has looked. The problem will be to seperate or rather define the words 'manager' and 'advisor'. If GBP can prove that they are identical in practice, Haymon is in trouble.

Haymon doesn't care about boxing he is nothing more then a crook who has been using a loop hole "adviser" title to make a mockery and circumvent the Ali act. It's the worst kept secret in boxing everybody knows this cat is shady as hell. There is a reason he refuses to show himself at his events or grant interviews. There is a reason his fighters routinely slip up and call him their promoter. His goal was to create his own boxing league which will do nothing but create another divide in the sport of boxing. He already refuses to work with other promoters. And doesn't even let the best fighters in his own stable fight each other. So please tell me where is the good in having this Haymon cancer in boxing? Crappy mismatched fights only with his stable of fighters? PBC is a weak product and I don't care if it's on network tv. The end game his a PBC belt and no fighters in his stable being allowed to fight guys like Crawford, Canelo, Cotto, Kovelev, Ward ect. He has a impressive stable and we still can't get fights like Khan vs Thurman or Broner vs Garcia. Instead all these guys fight bums so Haymon can manipulate the system. Just look at Wilder's next fight. It's blatant garbage. So get that fool out of here and take that PBC belt and shove it.

He had like a 5min speech about Haymon in the post fight presser.

This is just sour g****s & I'll be surprised if it gets very far.

Oscar is trying to protect himself the only way he knows how I assume & can't really blame him he went from the #1 or #2 entity in the business to being a one trick, Saul, pony.

It would be more meaningful if fighters took a stand, but fighters have needed to take a stand against promoters for a couple decades without doing so & idk what exactly fighters would be taking a stand for here at all tbqh. I don't see anything Haymon is doing wrong with the Ali Act or with the often talked about monopoly claim. If anything HBO should be in this lawsuit on Haymon's side if Oscar was really trying to do right by boxers cuz I see very lil difference in what Haymon does vs what HBO does. HBO just favors guys in Oscar's position & Haymon favors boxers.
