    KO Win

GBP will win this, I have been telling anyone that will listen that Haymon has been pushing his Manager title past his limit. He does way more than manage and advises fighters to leave their promotion. I can guarantee that by itself is illegal. If you don't think 160 plus fighters leaving their promoter and just being free agents under Haymon is a coincidence then you are mistaken. I can promise you that he has paid off Promoters to use their name and he takes over the promotion which is completely illegal. He is a f'ing manager not a promoter. If this is not true let me figure out why the ring doesn't say Dibella or Warrior boxing instead it's blacked out? Because he controls the promotion why else would any promoter not want to display their name? Haymon did the same in the music industry and flopped now he is trying to do this in boxing and he will end up in prison broke.

MLB and NFL have an anti-trust EXEMPTION. I have no idea about the NBA as I do not follow that sport.

EDIT: Just did a quick check and yes, the NBA also have an anti-trust exemption.

Fighters signed to Haymon because he is able to secure them big purses for low risk fights. He got those big purses for his fighters by leveraging his stable of fighters. Showtime was basically extorted into paying huge purses for what they knew were garbage fights out of fear of saying no and upsetting Haymon and him taking all his fighters away. That's why you get a historically bad 2014 with mismatches like Garcia vs Salka. Showtime made a deal with the devil after HBO got tired of being extorted and refused to work with Haymon. And Haymon still screwed Showtime over by taking all his fighters off to PBC. Which is why Showtime has ZERO fights scheduled for the rest of the year. He left them in ruins. Now instead of Showtime overpaying of mismatches Haymon suckered investors. But all that could backfire with this lawsuit because I'm sure those investors don't want their names run through the mud in court.

wrong.. Oscar sued Schaeffer.. Haymon simply bought out the rest of Golden Boys fighters that were under contract but GBP had no say so over.

Haymon is great for fighters you get to fight weak competition and get high purses. Haymon is bad for fans because he creates a stop gap to real fights. And he is bad for other promoters who he refuses to work with and now he is bad for the different boxing organizations because his PBC will be a separate boxing league cutting everyone else out. I hope the lawsuit grows and kicks Haymon out of boxing.

If you are a fan what do you care if Danny Garcia makes 2mil for a joke fight against a non ranked lightweight? What you should care about is that the fights you want to see won't get made because Haymon is either protecting his fighter or refusing to work with other promoters.

People said the Haymon mismatch BS was just a neccesarry evil until he created PBC. His supporters said just wait you will see real fights once PBC launches. Well look at the crap you are seeing on PBC. Look at the next bum Wilder is fighting on PBC. Look at the crap fight Khan has, look at the crap fight with Broner ect. Again why should I or any boxing fan give two craps that Haymon is overpaying his fighters for these lousy fights? Tell me how this is good for Boxing? The lawsuit is about Haymon stealing food off other people's table but in the process he is creating a bad product and ruining boxing. If he were just a crook stealing money from rival promoters I wouldn't care. But he puts out a terrible product and prevents the fights fans want. That's why I'm supporting this lawsuit because getting the Haymon cancer out of boxing is good for boxing fans.

                      Doesn't impact anti-trust though.
