Why would Cotto be stripped after fighting Geale ?

Geale is likely still one of the top middleweights, close to top 5.

Is he not ranked with the WBC at all ?

Floyd-GGG would be Hopkins-Kovalev all over again. Floyd would try to do his thing, but it would be just too much of everything from Gennady.

        Mayweather beats GGG at 154.

There are levels to this shht, and GGG is not a junior-middleweight.

Leonard was a natural 147 guy. Floyd started at 130. Him fighting at 160 would not be like Leonard.

Mayweather is too damn small for 160.
