Check out the USADA interview, they were asked by Team Pac if they can use certain substances, Normally teams would ask testing agencies if they can use this product or that product and the testing agency would give them the go ahead ornot, Team Pac didn't inform them of any injury to Pac, they kept that quiet from everyone.

Then Pac claimed Mayweather knew about his injury and thats why Mayweather pulled on his arm lol, If they didn't inform anyone how would Mayweather know?

Bottomline, Koncz is irresponsible, he should not have checked the fruckin checkbox wrong when he filled out the form, what is he? a Grade 3 student? This isn't the type of situation where he is allowed to commit that type of mistake. and in the first place, he should have asked NSAC in advance if his fighter should be allowed to be able to take any type of medication on his shoulder in the fight night. Koncz should take the full force of blame on this one. He didn't do what is right for Manny Pacquiao no matter what the cost is. What actually appeared in the end was, he wanted the fight to go ahead no matter what because he too didn't want to miss that payday. A very great mistake! In the old days, he should be flogged a thousand whips for this, heck, the king could of veto to just let his head roll on guillotine! I pity the sport of boxing.

Just read the ESPN story. Tough spot for Pacquiao. He is having surgery and won't even be able to start training again until the end of the year. With that in mind it would have effectively killed the fight if he pulled out and had surgery. Floyd is done after this year according to him, no way he waits until next year for Manny.
But the fact is that he chose to walk to the ring, once he made that decision there is no excuses. Take your loss like a man and give Floyd his props. The way they are handling this aftermath is hurting Manny's legacy.

Exactly. Injury or not, dude, you entered the ring. Once you enter the ring -- damn the f**king excuses. Once you enter that ring, we all assume you're 100%. Period.

Manny lost. Floyd won. Time to shut the f**k up, Team Pacquiao.

It shows Pacquiao's mentality stepping into the ring. Ultimately his camp were never prepared to give credit to Mayweather for his victory. If they won, they would have been the people to take his zero; if they lost, they'd reach into the old bag of excuses.

But you didn't. And you failed to be a good "advisor" or whatever the **** you do in Manny's camp.

You had one job Koncz. And you fucked it up.

I think it is time to address the elephant in the room.

How come no one is questioning the possibility of Pacquiao trying to get an unfair advantage. He didn't notify the commission of a serious injury and yet he wanted to take a substance that would open up his airwaves (improving breathing), numb pain (resilience to the swift counters) and remove the drawbacks of fighting at a high pace.

I doubt the legitimacy of his injuries. I am of the believe that he tried milking a particular niggle in order to get an unfair advantage on the night of the fight.
